What we are looking for

SCSeTools Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to users, serving as the main liaison between customers and the Product Management and Engineering teams. This role involves preparing, finalizing, and distributing client reports, managing escalated issues, ensuring compliance with landfill GCCS regulatory requirements, conducting beta testing for new software updates, and contributing to the development and lifecycle management of new products. This is an in-person role that will require you to be in the office 5 days per week, Monday-Friday.

How you can make an impact

  • Provide administration support for environmental data acquisition
  • Maintain, and implement knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency, rules and regulations
  • Develop, maintain, and implement procedures related to SCS’ Quality Management System and related QA/QC activities
  • Conduct SCSeTools iteration and new module testing providing supporting analytical documentation to SCSeTools Support manager
  • Conduct SCSeTools initiations and familiarization training webinar’s
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all levels of management and end users Solicits customer and staff feedback to identify, develop, and implement standard processes and procedures to improve actual service level
  • Provides communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions
  • Implements a true shared services team, cross-trained across multiple business units
  • Develops and implements upsell and sales recovery processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year compliance OM&M experience gained through practical experience and extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Rules and Regulations preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer services experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines, positive outgoing personality, and the ability to interface well with employees, clients, regulatory staff, vendors, and the public
  • Ability to read and understand Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency, Rules and Regulations
  • Able to work with limited supervision; must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Windows-based word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software

Pay Range

USD $32.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
