What we are looking for

SCS Engineers Field Services OM&M is looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Upper Midwest region to help grow our business for field services in this region. You will assist with the execution and coordinating of landfill gas and environmental control systems Operations and Maintenance (OM&M), and gas collection and control systems (GCCS) construction projects. You will oversee project management, business development and administrative tasks such as budgeting and billing. You can be based out of any SCS office/site in the Upper Midwest including Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana, with an emphasis on the Chicagoland area.

How you can make an impact

  • Interpret, organize and coordinate projects.
  • Plan, develop, and execute OM&M and GCCS Construction projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare proposals and bid estimates for projects and change orders,
  • Manage multiple smaller projects or several large projects. Schedule project staff, assigns work, oversees sub-contractors, tracks progress, reports to the client and management.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled and un-scheduled client meetings.
  • Responsible for the profitability of projects, and satisfying client expectations.
  • Business Development and different administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering, science, or construction engineering preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant landfill gas, OM&M, or GCCS construction experience required.
  • 40 hour Health and Safety, 8 hour Management and Supervisor, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, Confined Space Entry, and Trenching Excavation Safety training preferred.
  • Experience or demonstrated high degree of knowledge in mechanical work; analytical problem solving and data analysis; interpretation of plans, specifications, schematics, manufacturers manuals, system operation and maintenance manuals; interpretation of applicable codes and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required

Pay Range

USD $99,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
