What we are looking for

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of operational and administrative support within the Human Resources team. This position is required to be in the Long Beach office 5 days/week.

How you can make an impact

  • Assist HR department in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and maintaining HR records.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments for HR personnel.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage the processing of coding/preparing invoices, oversee, and review monthly expenses, monthly reconciliation and review of HR reports to Senior HR Leadership.
  • Support HR department in various projects, such as employee surveys and performance evaluations.
  • Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage Corporate sponsored events including HR-related events and activities, such as employee recognition programs, LDP events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of the annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
  • Perform and assist with invoice audits to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Input, audit, and update employee data, as needed, in the HRIS system.
  • Assist the benefits team, as needed, for employee inquiries.
  • Generating necessary reports and assisting with data analysis.
  • Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiencies.
  • Provide administrative support, as needed, to the Chief People Officer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience required.
  • Human Resources experience preferrred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required. Experience with Canva preferred.  

Pay Range

USD $27.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
