What we are looking for

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to partner closely with marketing leadership and business leaders to shape digital strategy and execute that strategy through the development of platforms, processes and programs. In an environment with varying levels of digital maturity, this role will help develop a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem that supports brand visibility, demand generation and business development across the company. This position will be based out of our Overland Park office and you may work hybrid.

How you can make an impact

• Partner with the Marketing Director to align digital priorities with company growth objectives
• Translate marketing and business strategies into a clear, actionable digital roadmap
• Contribute to the development of digital standards, processes and governance across the organization
• Strategically integrate AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and digital capabilities

 

Digital Platform Build & Governance

 

• Guide the development of the company’s digital ecosystem including website architecture, analytics frameworks, SEO and digital asset management systems
• Support the development of campaign and account based marketing infrastructure
• Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration
• Design and implement scalable digital workflows, standards and governance processes
• Establish repeatable systems that can be applied consistently across the business

 

Website & User Experience

 

• Manage the corporate website as a primary brand and growth platform
• Drive user centered design, content structure, and continuous website optimization
• Lead SEO initiatives focused on service offerings, industry sectors and geographic regions
• Ensure website content supports business development pursuits and client decision making
• Manage internal and external partners supporting UX, design and development

 

Campaign Development & Execution

 

• Execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple marketing channels
• Support priority sectors, markets and strategic pursuits with targeted digital programs
• Establish a tiered relationship marketing framework including 1 to 1 key account marketing, targeted sector campaigns and broader market visibility initiatives
• Balance brand awareness initiatives with measurable pipeline and performance outcomes

 

Digital Brand Outreach

 

• Promote project wins, technical expertise, industry involvement and company culture across digital channels
• Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR
• Guide leadership and subject matter experts on effective digital engagement and visibility

 

Analytics & Optimization

 

• Define KPIs and performance metrics across digital marketing channels
• Structure ROI and ROMI tracking to connect backend data with marketing campaign performance
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision making
• Use data insights to optimize user experience, content strategy and campaign effectiveness

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Occasional travel may be required to attend or participate in marketing and company events
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required
• 8 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services environments required
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling digital systems and marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of long sales cycles and complex B2B buying processes
• Hands on experience with CMS and DAM platforms
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing SEO, GEO and paid media initiatives

Pay Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
