Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
- Plan, develop, and execute engineering or scientific projects addressing complex or specialized problems, including research, scoping, solution development, and implementation.
- Serve in a lead role on projects and proposals, contributing technical expertise in areas of unconventional scope or specialty.
- Conceive and conduct independent or team projects requiring novel approaches, specialized knowledge, or research.
- Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to engineers, scientists, and technicians across offices.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Participate in proposals, interviews, and other business development activities in a support or lead capacity.
- Win and support projects across offices, serving as both a technical resource and client-facing advisor.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting independently on technical matters within area of expertise.
Knowledge Sharing & Innovation
- Mentor and guide staff across offices within area(s) of expertise.
- Contribute to the development of new methods, processes, or technical approaches through project work and research.
- Prepare technical articles for publication and present at industry conferences, as applicable.
