SCS is looking for a Field Technician who will support clients with environmental compliance at their facilities by performing field tasks, construction, and maintenance activities at solid waste and industrial waste sites, industrial sites, and other facilities as applicable. You will work for our West Des Moines office and will primarily work throughout the greater Iowa area. SCS is looking for a Plant Operator who operates and maintains Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) plant equipment and related landfill gas recovery, gas treatment, compression, dehydration, and utility systems. You will perform routine rounds, monitoring, inspections, preventive maintenance, minor corrective maintenance, sampling, housekeeping, and operational documentation to support safe, compliant, and reliable RNG plant performance. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday; however, all RNG plant operations staff must be available for scheduled on-call rotation, remote response, callouts, and emergency support as required by project and client needs.
